How long does production and shipping take?

Each piece is made to order and ships within 3–5 business days; US delivery then takes about 7–14 business days.

How do I personalize my gift?

On each product page, enter the name or text, or upload your photo, using the personalization options. Review your details carefully before adding the item to your cart.

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

Because each item is custom made, we accept returns only for quality issues. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

What if my item arrives damaged or has a quality issue?

Email support@duorime.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Production starts quickly, so please email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to update it if production has not started.

How do I track my order?

Use Track Order in the menu and enter your tracking number to see your shipment status.
